2. PRODUCT WARRANTY

​

2.1 Warranty Start Date Definition

For products branded with the FelicityESS logo, the following warranty terms and conditions are applicable:

 

For the lithium battery you receive a FelicityESS warranty valid for 5/7/10 years from the date of installation and no more than 5/7/10 years and 3 months from the delivery date if product has been delivered from the factory or overseas warehouse; 

 

For the hybrid inverter a FelicityESS warranty valid for 5/7/10 years from the date of installation and more than 5/7/10 years and 3 months from the delivery date if product has been delivered from the factory or overseas warehouse;

 

For All in One a FelicityESS warranty valid for 5/7/10 years from the date of installation and no more than 5/7/10 years and 3 months from the delivery date if product has been delivered from the factory or overseas warehouse.

 

For the off-grid inverter a FelicityESS warranty valid for 5/7/10 years from the date of installation and no more than 5/7/10 years and 3 months from the delivery date if product has been delivered from the factory or overseas warehouse.

 

2.2  Battery Warranty

2.2.1 Period of Warranty

The parties agree that if any product is found defective during the warranty period, the product shall be repaired or replaced.

The battery shall have the following warranty terms & conditions: 

For the batteries (LUX-S, LUX-E, LUX-X, LUX-Y) branded with the FelicityESS logo, the following terms & conditions are applicable:

In the first year, if there is an issue with the battery cells, they will be directly replaced with new ones;

From the second to the seventh year, the Battery will be repaired first, and if the repair is unsuccessful then it will be replaced;

From the eighth to the tenth year, only free inspections are provided, excluding labour charges and parts fees.

 

For the batteries (LPBA, FLS) branded with the FelicitySolar logo, the following warranty terms & conditions apply:

 

In the first year, if there is an issue with the battery cells, they will be directly replaced with new ones;

From the second to the seventh year, the Battery will be repaired first, and if the repair is unsuccessful, it will be replaced;

If warranty is 10 years then rom the eighth to the tenth year, only free inspections are provided, excluding labour charges and parts fees.

 

For the batteries (HVC) branded with the FelicitySolar logo, the following warranty terms & conditions apply:

 

In the first year, if there is an issue with the battery cells, they will be directly replaced with new ones;

From the second to the seventh year, the Battery will be repaired first, and if the repair is unsuccessful, it will be replaced;

 From the eighth to the tenth year, only free inspections are provided, excluding labour charges and parts fees.

 

For the batteries (LPBF) branded with the FelicitySolar logo, the following warranty terms & conditions apply:

 

standard 5-year warranty for all parts including labour charges.

 

2.3  Inverter Warranty

2.3.1 Period of Warranty

For the hybrid inverter (T-REX) branded with the FelicityESS logo, the following warranty terms & conditions apply:

 

Standard five-year warranty for all parts including labour charges; 

For the additional five years, only free inspections are provided, excluding labour charges and parts fees.

 

For the hybrid inverter (IVGM) branded with the FelicitySolar logo, the following warranty terms & conditions apply:

 

Standard five-year warranty for all parts including labour charges.

 

For the off inverter (IVEM-LV, IVEM, IVPA, IVPM, IVCM) branded with the FelicitySolar logo, the following warranty terms & conditions apply

 

A two-year warranty covers all parts, including labour charges

2.4  All in One Warranty

2.4.1 Period of Warranty

For the inverter, a standard five-year warranty for all parts.

For the battery, a 10-year warranty applies. Here's the breakdown of terms & conditions that apply:

 

In the first year, if there is an issue with the battery cells, they will be directly replaced with new ones; 

From the second to the seventh year, the battery will be repaired first, and if the repair is unsuccessful, it will be replaced; 

From the eighth to the tenth year, only free inspections are provided, excluding labour charges and parts fees.

 

3. GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

If a device becomes defective during the agreed FelicityESS warranty period

and provided that it will not be impossible or unreasonable, the device will

be, as selected by FelicityESS:

3.1 Repaired by FelicityESS, or

3.2 Repaired on local maintenance center, or

3.3 Exchanged for a replacement device of equivalent value according to model and age.

3.4 After product repair or replacement under warranty, the remaining product warranty will be transferred to the replacement product. In this case, you do not receive a new certificate since your entitlement is documented at FelicityESS and our dealer in UK, Revosol Ltd with trading name Felicity Solar.

3.5 To activate our product warranty, the warranty card which is supplied with the product need to filled and emailed to the Revosol Ltd to email support@felicity-solar.co.uk within 30 days from the delivery date to register the product.

3.6 Without the product registration only one year warranty is applicable to all products with FelicityESS and Felicitysolar logo. 

3.7 Warranty will not be applicable if claimant is not able to provide a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt.

3.8 Only one-year warranty will be applicable if product is not installed by a competent person.

3.9 FelicityESS and Revosol Ltd reserve the right to change any warranty terms & conditions at any time, however for all products purchased before changes are made - previous warranty terms & conditions will apply.

 

4. HOW TO CLAIM

Please report the defective device to Revosol Ltd by sending email to support@felicity-solar.co.uk with a completed warranty card, purchase invoice/receipt attached and installation commissioning certificate (if applicable).

 

5. EXCLUSIONS

​

Damage to the Products resulting from any of following activities is not covered by this Limited Warranty:

5.1 Breaking the product seal (opened the casing)

5.2 Transport damage

5.3 Incorrect installation or commissioning

5.4 Failure to observe the user manual, the installation guide, and the

maintenance regulations

5.5 Unauthorized Modifications, changes, or attempted repairs

5.6 Incorrect use or inappropriate operation

5.7 Insufficient ventilation of the device

5.8 Failure to observe the applicable safety regulations

5.9 Force majeure (e.g., lightning, over voltage, storm, fire)
